This Privacy Policy explains how Bad Monkee GmbH collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use Come Fight Me, known as Prügelpause in German (the "Game"), and the choices and rights available to you.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you use the Game, we may process:

We receive this data from you, your device, other players when they interact with you, and the service providers listed below.

3. How and why we use data

We use personal data to:

For users in the European Economic Area, our legal bases are:

4. Public and multiplayer information

The Game is a social multiplayer game. Your username, player profile, selected profile details, scores, ranking, gameplay statistics, online status, challenge text, and match activity may be visible to other players. Do not use your real name or include sensitive personal data in public fields. Other account details, including your email address, are not shown to other players through the Game.

5. Advertising and privacy choices

The Game uses Google AdMob to provide and measure advertising. AdMob and its advertising partners may process identifiers, IP address, device information, approximate location derived from IP, and ad interactions. Personalized advertising and cross-app tracking are used only where permitted and, where required, after consent.

Where available, you can review or change advertising choices through the privacy options in the Game. On iOS, you can also control tracking in the system settings. On Android and iOS, device settings may allow you to limit personalized advertising or reset advertising identifiers. You may still receive contextual or non-personalized ads.

We do not sell personal data for money. Advertising partners may process or share identifiers and activity for advertising as described above. If local law treats that activity as a "sale" or "sharing," use the Game's privacy options or contact us to exercise an opt-out right.

6. Service providers and recipients

We may share relevant data with:

Providers may process data under our instructions or as independent controllers under their own policies. We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a company transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

7. International transfers

Some providers operate outside Germany or the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses, or another lawful safeguard. You may contact us for more information about relevant safeguards.

8. Retention and account deletion

We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Game. You can request account deletion in the Game's account settings or by emailing us. Associated cloud profile and gameplay data is then scheduled for deletion, subject to short operational delays.

Some transaction, security, support, and legal records may be kept longer where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Backup data is removed through normal backup cycles. Providers may apply their own documented retention periods.

9. Data stored on your device

The Game stores settings, cached gameplay data, identifiers, purchase status, and, when selected, login information on your device. This helps keep you signed in and lets the Game operate efficiently. Removing the Game generally removes local data, but does not by itself delete your cloud account; use the in-game deletion option or contact us for that.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data. No internet service or storage system is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. You may also have the right to appeal a refusal of a privacy request.

To exercise a right, email info@badmonkee.de. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority responsible for your place of residence or with the competent authority in Hamburg, Germany.

12. Children

The Game is not intended for children who are too young to consent to online services or whose use has not been authorized by a parent or guardian where required. If you believe a child has provided personal data without the required permission, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, the Game, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated Policy, revise the date above, and provide additional notice where required.

14. Contact

Questions or requests about privacy can be sent to info@badmonkee.de or to the postal address in Section 1.
