These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of Come Fight Me, known as Prügelpause in German (the "Game"), provided by Bad Monkee GmbH ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Who may use the Game

You must be legally permitted to use the Game in your country. If you are under the age required to agree to these Terms, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login details secure, and for activity carried out through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

3. Rules of conduct

When using the Game, you must not:

• harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other players;
• post unlawful, hateful, obscene, or infringing content;
• cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized automation, or interfere with the Game;
• attempt to access another person's account or our systems without permission; or
• use the Game for unlawful or commercial purposes not approved by us.

4. Player content

You remain responsible for usernames, messages, and other content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and process that content only as needed to operate, improve, and protect the Game. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Virtual items and purchases

The Game may offer virtual currency, virtual items, or paid features. They have no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed rather than sold. Purchases are handled by the relevant app store and are subject to its payment and refund rules. We may change or discontinue virtual items where reasonably necessary.

6. Advertisements and third-party services

The Game may contain advertisements or connect to app stores, login providers, and other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

7. Ownership

The Game, including its software, artwork, audio, text, characters, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

8. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Game. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Game at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms, create risk or harm for other players or the Game, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will consider the circumstances before taking action.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Game where such liability may lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continuing to use the Game after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
